Job summary

AIA Digital+ Philippines is seeking an IT Operations Leader to supervise IT service delivery, incident management, monitoring, and batch operations, ensuring high availability and minimal business impact. You will mentor diverse teams and act as the primary contact for senior management on operations and status updates.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's in Information Technology, and ITIL/CompTIA credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor diverse teams across IT service desk, incident management, network operations, and batch operations.
• Ensure IT service availability and minimise business impact of outages.
• Communicate with senior management on incident status, service delivery, and objectives.
• Identify improvements within command centre operations and drive initiatives.
• Oversee monitoring, batch processing, patch management, and network monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs and priorities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and advocate for technology solutions to improve efficiency.
