Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Project Manager – Business Improvements to drive efficiency from planning through post-mortem, ensuring projects run on schedule and within budget. You will chair weekly meetings, track progress, resolve blockers, and coordinate internal and external resources for prioritisation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, measure KPIs, manage timelines, and document workflows, ensuring alignment with brand and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience briefing, scoping and scheduling projects through key stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and process skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive executional efficiency from planning to post-mortem, ensuring projects run like clockwork.
• Hold the team accountable – no slipping deadlines, no vague deliverables, no forgotten follow-ups.
• Chair weekly project meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and drive momentum.
• Work with internal and external resources to ensure effective project prioritisation.
• Manage cross-functional project stages and process requirements as necessary.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
• Bridge all departments ensuring alignment on key deliverables and that projects fit within business strategy.
• Document existing workflows and create and gain project team sign-off for proposed workflows.
• Own project implementation, ensure priorities are clear and tasks are tracked systematically.
• Coordinate UAT testing, go-live activities, and training required to support new processes.
