Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance business processes, strengthen governance, and enable operational excellence. This role will lead end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution, effective risk management, and the achievement of key business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong track record in managing complex initiatives and driving organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and resource strategies.
• Drive collaboration across business and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project activities.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and working sessions, while preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and decision logs.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, and escalation processes.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Champion process improvement initiatives and support the adoption of innovative and technology-enabled solutions.
• Promote best practices in project management and ensure adherence to established methodologies and standards.
• Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, transition planning, and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• With proven progressive project management experience, preferably within enterprise, transformation, or technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms, data-driven initiatives, and digital transformation programs is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are highly desirable.
