Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager – Business Improvements to lead efficiency initiatives across the Directed Group. You will structure workflows, drive cross-functional coordination and ensure delivery of multiple projects within scope and budget.

Reporting to the GM – Finance, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors, maintain project dashboards, and conduct post-mortems to identify improvements and lift performance across finance and admin

Qualifications

• Proven project management skills with ability to scope and execute complex initiatives.
• Cross-functional leadership across multiple departments and external partners.
• Data-driven with strong metrics and reporting mindset.
• Expert in project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution discipline from planning through post-mortem to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Document workflows, gain sign-off, and manage approvals for new processes.
• Lead reporting cadence and post-mortem reviews for each major project.
