Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Retail Programme Coordinator to enable a multi-year, multi-region portfolio transformation. You will drive governance, data quality, and timing across country teams, while collaborating with Asset Management, Portfolio Strategy, and Experience teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in programme management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years’ experience in Program Management or a PMO role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and advanced financial analysis.
Ability to interpret complex documents and perform quantitative analysis.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and present persuasively.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, scorecards, financials and objectives.
Establish standardized programme management frameworks and cadences for the global portfolio.
Serve as primary contact for internal and client stakeholders across regions; report status and risks.
Support project managers by ensuring integration, QA, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
Deliver analytical insights and performance reporting for the Retail Portfolio.
