Job summary

Directed Electronics Australia is seeking a Project Manager – Business Improvements to lead efficiency across the business. You will structure workflows, drive disciplined execution, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver varied initiatives.

The role focuses on project management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement, with reporting and post-mortem reviews to continually optimise delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience briefing, scoping and scheduling projects with stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across internal and external teams.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse metrics and provide insights.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive executional efficiency from planning to post-mortem and ensure timely delivery.
• Chair weekly project meetings, track progress and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Create project briefs, gain approvals and ensure proper sign-offs.
• Oversee UAT/testing, go-live activities and post-go-live monitoring.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
