Qualifications

• Previous experience Project management skills – briefing, scoping and scheduling projects effectively through engaging key stakeholders to gain a shared view of objectives.
• Cross-functional leadership – knows how to herd cats, push back, and keep everyone aligned.
• Data-driven & metrics-focused – understands KPIs, deadlines, budgets and impact measurement.
• Technical skills – Expert in Project Management tools; proficiency across Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution Discipline: Drive execution from planning to post-mortem, chair weekly meetings and prioritise work.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Aligns multiple departments and external partners to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Process & Workflow Management: Document workflows, create briefs, sign off, own implementation, and drive SOPs.
• Reporting & Post-Mortem Reviews: Establish cadence, track performance, and conduct post-project reviews.
