Job summary

LCC Group of Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with retail business objectives across multiple branches in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years HR experience (HRBP/Generalist/Manager), and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in roles like HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• Experience supporting retail operations, multi-branch organizations, or large frontline workforces preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned retail branches and business locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retail operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment coordination, retention, and succession across branches.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Drive employee engagement and people development to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor HR metrics, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and propose data-driven improvements.
