MR DIY Philippines is currently in need of 2 HRBP to manage and oversee the day to day of Store Operations, Warehouse Operations and Head Office Operations. The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and partner depending on where he/she will be assigned, aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals. The HRBP supports the organization by developing and implementing people strategies that drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
