Job summary

Optimo International is seeking an HR Generalist to help build, support, and take care of the people behind rapid growth in our retail network. This isn’t a back-office paperwork role; you’ll be in the middle of hiring drives, store-level coaching, internal communications, and day-to-day support for our CEO.

You’ll partner with store heads and department leads to keep HR processes running smoothly, coordinating onboarding and performance tracking, managing timekeeping and payroll, and helping

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions (recruitment through offboarding).
• Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment drives and support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Monitor timekeeping and payroll, coordinating with finance or payroll provider to ensure accurate payments.
• Create internal communications and onboarding materials; manage Canva-based content.
• Support CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting logistics; maintain discretion with confidential matters.
