We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHuman Resource Generalistto join our growing team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.
Assist in the administration ofcompensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and HMO enrollment.
Maintain and updateemployee recordsand HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Support the implementation ofperformance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and assistance in handlingemployee relationsissues and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance withlabor laws and internal policies, escalating issues when necessary.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least1–2 years of experiencein a generalist or similar HR role.
Strong understanding ofHR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient inMS Office applicationsand familiarity withHRIS or HR tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Amenable to work in the night shift and in a hybrid setup
