Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our sales, showroom, warehouse, logistics, technical, and admin teams.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and government benefits while ensuring DOLE compliance and developing HR policies. A 5+ year background in general HR and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of General HR experience.
• Experience in trading, retail, construction, building materials, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experienced in employee relations and disciplinary cases.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and government benefits
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns
