As the organization continues to expand its operations, we are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to strengthen our people management and administrative functions.
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration Department and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
The position covers various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee data management, and administrative supervision.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Oversee the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify the skills and competencies required for vacancies.
Forecast manpower requirements based on business needs.
HR Operations & Employee Management
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee databases and records.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Administer HR programs covering compensation and benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, employee disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, including complex and sensitive concerns.
Participate in disciplinary meetings, employee investigations, and termination processes when required.
Compliance & HR Advisory
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Review HR policies and practices to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, employment law, talent management, and HR technologies.
Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to management on HR-related matters.
Administration
Oversee fixed asset management, requests, monitoring, and inventory.
Supervise administrative activities and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in HR Supervisor or Managerial roles, with strong knowledge and experience across various HR functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
