Job summary

Optimo International Group, Inc. is hiring an HR Generalist to support hiring drives, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations across locations on a fast-moving retail backdrop. You’ll partner with store heads and the CEO, handling onboarding, performance tracking, and confidential matters with discretion.

The role emphasizes end-to-end HR, timekeeping, payroll, internal comms, Canva content, and HRIS usage, with a focus on building strong, scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end HR experience (recruitment through offboarding), ideally in retail or fast-paced ops.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance basics.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up HR, recruitment, or admin work.
• Canva skills and a good eye for internal content.
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior leader is a plus.
• Organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiar with HRIS and basic reporting/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment drives and support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll processes.
• Prepare onboarding materials and internal communications for store teams.
• Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting prep.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Philippine law across locations.
