The role involves preparing reports for DOE, ERC, IEMOP, Transco, and REM, managing term sheets, and coordinating with suppliers and the Finance team for payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in electricity market economics or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, NOAH, and CRSS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day RES operations including customer switching and onboarding.
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to DOE, ERC, IEMOP, Transco, and REM.
• Manage customer switching, including extensions and renewals.
• Process customer registrations and switching requirements through CRSS.
• Handle customer inquiries and billing-related requests professionally.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing validations and supplier payments.
• Process customer creation and master data in SAP and billing in NOAH/SAP.

Retail Electricity Supply (RES) - Operations

We are looking for a RES Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Retail Electricity Supply business. This role will be responsible for customer switching and onboarding, account administration, billing coordination, regulatory compliance, and customer support, while ensuring accurate and timely processing of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Retail Electricity Supply (RES) business.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly regulatory compliance reports to relevant agencies and market operators, including DOE, ERC, IEMOP, Transco, and REM.
• Prepare term sheets and present or submit them to prospective customers.
• Manage customer switching activities, including initial switching, contract extensions, and renewals.
• Prepare and submit initial and regular switching requirements through IEMOP's Customer Registration and Settlement System (CRSS).
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Submit daily meter quantity nominations to suppliers and ensure the accuracy of submitted data.
• Validate supplier and Distribution Utility (DU) billings and coordinate payment requests with the Finance team.
• Coordinate customer onboarding details with suppliers and process customer registration and switching requirements through CRSS.
• Process customer creation and master data maintenance in SAP.
• Process customer billing transactions using NOAH and SAP.
• Coordinate with Distribution Utilities regarding customer account concerns, billing inquiries, meter-related concerns, and other service-related issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• REE license is preferred.
• Knowledge of the electricity market, business, economics, finance, and research.
