Job summary

SolX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a RES Relations Associate in the Philippines to support day-to-day coordination with Retail Electricity Suppliers under RCOA, GEOP, and the Retail Aggregation Program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for assigned RES partners.
• Send and follow up rate requests, contract requests, and operational requirements.
• Maintain updated RES contact information, profiles, rate cards, and partner records.
• Monitor RES responsiveness and participation in SolX procurement activities.
• Escalate unresolved or material concerns to the Senior RES Relations Officer.
• Assist in preparing and sending rate requests to RES partners.
• Track offer deadlines and follow up on submissions.
• Consolidate RES offers for internal review and client comparison.
• Check offers for completeness, including pricing, term, VAT, and charges.
• Maintain the RES Offer Tracker and related dashboards.
• Flag discrepancies or unusual terms for review.
• Receive, organize, and maintain Offer Sheets, MOAs, amendments, and documents.
• Perform initial completeness and commercial checks prior to endorsement.
• Compare Offer Sheet terms against provisions and flag inconsistencies.
• Track contract reviews, signatures, and execution.
• Maintain an organized repository of RES contracts and documents.
• Monitor contract start/end dates and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with Operations on switching requirements and timelines.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and implementation requirements.
• Monitor switching activities and billing setup.
• Update switching trackers and status reports.
• Escalate switching delays or bottlenecks.
• Track client accounts per RES and monitor renewals/notice periods.
• Prepare renewal and other account-related communications.
• Follow up RES actions and ensure timely closure or escalation.
• Maintain updated records of client-RES relationships and status.
• Maintain RES trackers, databases, and dashboards.
• Prepare reports on rate requests, offers, participation, and status.
• Assist in updating RES scorecards on pricing, responsiveness, terms, and service.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of RES transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with RES partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, and action items.
• Follow up commitments from RES meetings.
• Support RES onboarding activities and related events.
