Job summary

DirectPower Services, Inc. (an Ayala Land company) is seeking a RES Associate to support day-to-day operations of the Retail Electricity Supply business in Makati. You will handle customer switching, onboarding, billing coordination, and regulatory compliance while ensuring accurate processing of operational requirements.

The role involves preparing reports for DOE, ERC, IEMOP, Transco, and REM, managing term sheets, and coordinating with suppliers and the Finance team for payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience in electricity market economics or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, NOAH, and CRSS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day RES operations including customer switching and onboarding.
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports to DOE, ERC, IEMOP, Transco, and REM.
• Manage customer switching, including extensions and renewals.
• Process customer registrations and switching requirements through CRSS.
• Handle customer inquiries and billing-related requests professionally.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing validations and supplier payments.
• Process customer creation and master data in SAP and billing in NOAH/SAP.
