Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in education, training, retail, or brand roles.
• Passion for fragrance, craftsmanship, and client experience.
• Comfortable with reporting and KPI analysis.
• Relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable with reporting, KPIs, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to travel for store visits and partner trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring in stores.
• Identify training needs and support onboarding and new product launches.
• Monitor Mystery Shopper results and implement action plans.
• Conduct regular in-store coaching using Le Labo tools and KPIs.
• Support lifestyle marketing through 1:1 sessions and amenities partnerships.
• Identify, pitch, and manage local amenities partners aligned with Le Labo’s brand DNA.
• Track training performance and prepare monthly education and partnership reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Consumer Engagement, and Global Education teams.

We are looking for an Education Executive to elevate Le Labo’s craftsmanship philosophy through impactful education, in-store coaching, and meaningful partnerships. This is a field-focused role (70% in-store), empowering our lab souls with strong product knowledge, service excellence, and sensorial storytelling.

What You’ll Do
