Job description

We are looking for an Education Executive to elevate Le Labo’s craftsmanship philosophy through impactful education, in-store coaching, and meaningful partnerships. This is a field-focused role (70% in-store), empowering our lab souls with strong product knowledge, service excellence, and sensorial storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring in stores to drive productivity and client engagement
• Identify training needs and support onboarding, Quarterly Dispatch, and new product launches.
• Monitor Mystery Shopper results and implement action plans to improve service standards
• Conduct regular in-store coaching using Le Labo tools and KPIs
• Support lifestyle marketing through 1:1 sessions and amenities partnerships
• Identify, pitch, and manage local amenities partners aligned with Le Labo’s brand DNA
• Track training performance and prepare monthly education and partnership reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Consumer Engagement, and Global Education teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in education, training, retail, or brand roles
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and facilitation skills
