Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store level management.
• Experience at a managerial level or higher.
• Willing to work on-site in Kawit, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
• Lead sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Manage and mentor Store Managers and operational leaders.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Education
