• Communicates with customers on the phone or by written correspondence to address concerns.
• Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
• Matches customers’ demands to Clients’ products and solutions and services.
• Uses settlement and influencing abilities to recover objections and gain buy-in from customers.
• Communicates specific information to internal and external clients and shares understanding with colleagues.
