Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Premium Telco Customer Service Representative in Pampanga. You’ll assist customers with telecommunications needs while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Join and become part of our Premium Telco Account team!

As a CSR, you’ll handle inbound calls, address inquiries about plans, billing, devices, and services, and troubleshoot issues. Paid training ensures you’re ready to succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or senior high school graduate.
• No Call Center/BPO experience required.
• Basic computer and navigation skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to handle calls on-site with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities
