Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Service Excellence and Restaurant Training Manager in Mandaluyong City to elevate guest experiences by developing restaurant teams through structured learning programs, coaching, and operational excellence initiatives. This role partners closely with Operations to build high-performing restaurant teams.

The position focuses on coaching, workshops, and leadership development across casual dining locations, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years managerial experience in restaurant training and development.
• Experience from casual dining restaurant groups is highly preferred.
• Strong background in FOH operations, service excellence, coaching, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute service excellence and restaurant training programs.
• Lead FOH capability-building initiatives across restaurant branches.
• Conduct coaching, workshops, and leadership development sessions.
• Monitor service quality through audits and performance evaluations.
• Create training modules, learning materials, and operational manuals.
• Analyze guest feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support restaurant leaders in employee engagement and talent development.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience across all locations.
