The role involves coaching managers, standardizing procedures, and improving training tools to sustain high standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training.
• Preferably from casual dining restaurant brands.
• Strong expertise in restaurant operations, guest experience, and leadership development.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational training programs for FOH teams.
• Conduct new store opening and refresher training.
• Perform branch training audits and operational assessments.
• Coach restaurant managers on service standards and team leadership.
• Standardize operational procedures and best practices.
• Develop learning tools and performance evaluation methods.
