Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking a Restaurant Training and Service Excellence Manager to lead learning strategies that raise service quality and consistency across locations. You will drive guest experience improvements and develop leaders in FOH operations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HRM or Hospitality, at least 5 years in restaurant training management, and strong communication and presentation skills to mentor managers and elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of restaurant training management experience.
• Background in casual dining operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service, FOH operations, and people development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design restaurant training programs focused on guest service and operational excellence.
• Lead service excellence initiatives across multiple restaurant locations.
• Conduct branch audits and coaching sessions for restaurant leaders.
• Develop competency assessments and certification programs.
• Monitor service standards through operational reviews and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve employee performance.
• Manage training calendars and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Mentor restaurant managers in coaching and leadership.
