Job summary

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Balanga. You will oversee QSCH compliance, ensure top-tier service, manage opening, mid, and closing shifts, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety.

You will develop and lead the store team, implement local marketing programs to boost visits, and foster a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field as listed in qualifications.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in F&B.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist execution.
• Oversee floor operations during peak hours and ensure excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior where applicable.
• Engage guests to provide unique, memorable dining experiences and maintain product quality.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Manage closing shift procedures and ensure smooth setup for next day.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to sustain high standards.
• Nurture a positive, empowering work environment for the team.

Education

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
