Job summary

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations, ensure high guest service levels, and manage team performance during each shift. You will drive QSCH compliance, maintain cleanliness, and resolve guest concerns while coordinating opening, mid, and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Preferably with experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in food and beverage operations.
• Experience in various restaurant operations aspects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and mid-shift procedures, ensuring QSCH readiness.
• Manage the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide a memorable dining experience and uphold quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead closing shift procedures and ensure smooth setup for the next day.
• Guide the restaurant during shifts to achieve outstanding operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
