Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis in coordination with the team.
• Monitors stocks, ensures proper display, and maintains target gross margins.
• Oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching to optimize operations.
• Ensures health, safety, sanitation and maintenance standards are met.
• Assists with hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining staff within the unit.
