Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards
• Willing to report in the Waltermart Balanga area

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly production plans
• Prepare weekly orders for frozen and dry items
• Monitor stock quality and shop display integrity
• Observe health, safety, sanitation and maintenance standards
• Lead, train and schedule staff effectively
• Assist with hiring, training, and discipline of staff
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations in the absence of supervisor
• Manage budgeting and cost control to minimize waste
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper ordering of supplies
• Ensure proper grooming and professional conduct of staff
