Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in the Philippines seeks a Supervisory leader for the food service unit. You will plan daily and monthly production, manage weekly orders, and assure stock quality and proper usage of equipment.

You will drive inventory accuracy, monitor margins, and supervise staff with a focus on safety and sanitation. The role requires 2–3 years in restaurant or food service supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to be posted in RS Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Willing to be assigned in RS Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.
• Prepares weekly orders for frozen and dry items.
• Ensures stocks in good condition and good quality.
• Checks sell by or expiration dates and quality of products displayed.
• Monitors actual inventory and reconciles with ledger counts.
• Monitors daily supply to maintain target gross margin.
• Oversees proper usage of the pizza maker by Food Service personnel.
• Submits monthly and weekly reports on sales, gross margin, and related metrics.
• Assists with staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash controls.
• Ensures health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.
• Leads, motivates, trains, and develops subordinates; manages work hours.
• Oversees day-to-day operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Supports budgeting and corrective actions as directed by FOM/Warehouse Manager.
