Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.
• Prepares weekly orders for frozen and dry items.
• Monitors inventory to ensure quality and proper stock levels.
• Ensures health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.
• Oversees scheduling, staff development, and supervision of full-time and part-time staff.
