Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Manila seeks a capable Supervisor for Food Service operations. You will prepare daily and monthly production plans, oversee inventory and display quality, ensure items are within date, and manage margins and stock availability.

You will lead a team, schedule shifts, train staff, assist with hiring, uphold health and safety standards, and provide weekly/monthly reports. A flexible schedule is required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business admin, or related field
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards
• Willing to report to Binondo 999 & SM Manila

Responsibilities

• Prepare production plan daily and monthly.
• Prepare weekly orders for frozen and dry items.
• Ensure stocks in good condition and quality.
• Check sell by or expiration dates and quality of displayed products.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile with ledger.
• Maintain daily display and target gross margin.
• Ensure proper usage of Pizza Maker by Food Service staff.
• Submit monthly and weekly reports to the Other Business Unit.
• Oversee staff scheduling and training; assist in hiring and discipline as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the assigned unit.
• Flexible hours to support daily operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Business Administration
