Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Willing to report in the following area: Waltermart - Capas.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.
• Prepares weekly order for frozen and dry items.
• Ensures stocks in good condition and good quality.
• Checks sell by or expiration dates and quality of products being displayed.
• Monitors inventory and ledger accuracy.
• Maintains target gross margin and daily display readiness.
• Oversees proper machine usage and food service operations.
• Submits monthly and weekly reports to the Other Business Unit.
• Ensures proper cleaning procedures in all areas.
• Leads and trains staff; manages scheduling and development.
• Oversees hiring, training, and discipline of staff.
• Manages day-to-day operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Assists in budgeting and corrective actions for operation.
• Ensures health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
• Supervises production and minimizes waste.
• Assists with staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash security.
