Job summary

Jollibee Group in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager 3 to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets through effective shift operations. The ARM 3 monitors performance across KRAs, gathers data for marketing programs, and implements suggestive selling and AJ initiatives.

This role ensures food safety, drives Gold Standard Consistency compliance, and provides feedback to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related business field.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support RM to achieve KRA targets during shifts.
• Monitor shift performance and analyze data to drive action plans.
• Gather data for marketing program development and provide marketing support.
• Implement suggestive selling program.
• Check store readiness for new products during shifts.
• Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition plans.
• Drive Gold Standard Consistency compliance.
• Provide feedback to function holders.
• Monitor 3P service provider against SLA.
