• Monitor, analyze and propose action plans to improve shift performance across KRAs.
• Gather data for marketing program development and implement suggestive selling.
• Check store readiness for new products during shifts and drive FSC plans and GSC compliance.
• Support AJ implementation and monitor 3P service provider performance against SLA.
