• Drive Gold Standard Consistency compliance during the shift.
• Provide feedback to function holders when needed.
• Implement the Alagang Jollibee program to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the performance of the 3p service provider versus Service Level Agreement.

Operations Manager (ARM3)

The Operations Manager to ARM3 supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving the KRA targets through effective management of shift operations.

• Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans.
• Drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during the shift.
• Provide feedback to function holders when needed.
• Implement the Alagang Jollibee (AJ) to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the performance of the 3p service provider versus Service Level Agreement (SLA).
