Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving KRA targets through shift operations management and monitoring across KRAs.
• Gather data for marketing program development and provide marketing support requirements.
• Implement the suggestive selling program, ensure FSC plans, drive GSC compliance, and monitor SLA performance of 3P service provider.
