Job summary

Cabalen Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead training, customer service, and sales initiatives across our restaurant operations. You will be responsible for overseeing distribution, HR, administration, and service quality while aligning with company goals.

The role requires a track record of managing budgets, driving improvements, and delivering measurable results. Strong communication and team leadership are essential to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• 2 years experience in Restaurant management.
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills to resolve customer and employee issues.
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations.
• Proficient with Internet, Outlook, Word processing and Spreadsheet software and position-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of training and development.
• Lead by example as a proactive team player.
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the banks objectives
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.
• Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
