Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in F&B Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH readiness.
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, restrooms, kitchen and exterior areas.
• Ensure serving times and product quality meet standards and guests are satisfied.
• Resolve guests’ concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Effectively lead operations to ensure excellent restaurant performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and empower team members.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop guest loyalty through relationships and local campaigns.
