PLK Philippines Inc. is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to champion an enjoyable dining experience and deliver excellent guest service in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

You will oversee end-to-end operations, drive sales, manage costs, and lead a team to uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of QSR leadership, with willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) setting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including sales forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Drive sales performance while managing costs, inventory, and overall store profitability.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
