Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) is executed correctly.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior areas; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage guests to provide a memorable dining experience and meet product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints promptly.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to maintain excellence.
• Foster a positive, empowering work environment for the team.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Build loyalty by developing relationships with guests and promoting repeat visits.
• Encourage guests to bring friends and family to the restaurant.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
