• Lead floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Engage guests to provide memorable dining experiences and high product quality.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage closing shift procedures for smooth setup next day.
• Lead the restaurant to consistently achieve excellent operations.
