Job summary

Mary Grace Foods, Inc. seeks an Assistant / Restaurant Manager to oversee front and back of house operations at the assigned café. You will model the company's values, ensure service standards, and drive quality, sanitation and consistency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing discipline, optimizing performance, and ensuring customers are served efficiently in line with Mary Grace’s brand and guest experience expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent.
• With proven experience as a manager (at least 3 years) in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
• Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule.
