About the role

Our company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our premier dining establishments, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and culinary staff, providing coaching and training to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and labor costs, to make data-driven decisions
• Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
