Job summary

EasyFood Restaurants Corporation is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team and support the General Manager in daily operations. The role oversees day-to-day restaurant performance, staff scheduling, inventory, and reporting, while ensuring guest satisfaction and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in restaurant or hospitality management, strong leadership, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

1. Lead and Motivate a team of the restaurant. Support the General Manager in daily operations

2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant

3. Help manage schedules, inventory, and reports

4. Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement

5. Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience

6. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain food safety and store standards.

8. Lead and motivate the team during service

9. Support the training and development of restaurant staff.

10. Assist the head office support team to provide proper documentation needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree graduate. Minimum of 2 years work related experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role

2. Has a strong leadership and people management skills
