Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant / Shift Manager (Fine Dining, Casual Dining, and Fast Food Dining).
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Has strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general.
• Sales and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
