Qualifications

• Experience as shift manager or store supervisor in food & beverage.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/mid shifts and execute QSCH Restaurant Checklist.
• Manage floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shifts and prep for next day operations.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment and team motivation.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and loyalty.
