• QSCH management: ensure store readiness and adherence to QRC.
• Lead floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and exterior areas.
• Ensure product quality and serving times meet standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for next day.
