PLK Philippines, Inc. | Popeyes is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead end-to-end operations in Pasig. You will supervise staff, maximize sales, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction with high service standards.

You will monitor food quality, maintain operational standards, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace while mentoring your team and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in QSR or fast service environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
