Milagrita Global Food Corporation invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Samgyupsalamat Imus outlet in Cavite. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach supervisors, monitor P&L performance, and ensure compliance with food safety and company policies while coordinating with Area Managers on initiatives and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management role.
• Strong background in P&L management and financial performance analysis.
• Experience maintaining an Operational Performance Logbook to monitor performance.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall daily restaurant operations for smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
• Analyze P&L reports to identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Maintain and review the Operational Performance Logbook with action plans.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Develop action plans to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to implement company initiatives.
